So, let’s get this straight… this low-calorie rice is carb free, fat free, wheat free and it tastes good. The secret ingredient is konjac flour – a natural water-soluble fibre that’s rich in glucomannan. When glucomannan reaches the stomach, it absorbs water and expands, which makes us feel full and less likely to binge eat or snack. This zero-carb rice both satisfies rice cravings and fills you up – a weight management double whammy!


How do I eat Eat Water Slim Rice?

Firstly, you need to drain away any water in the pack and rinse the rice under cold water for 2-3 minutes. Then heat it up in an open pan for 2-3 minutes, stir fry it or put it in the microwave for 1 minute. And ta-dah! Your Eat Water Slim Rice is ready to enjoy.

Serve it with spicy curry, chilli, stir fry or whatever takes your fancy. It also makes a mean fried rice – heat up some low-calorie oil and stir fry rice with egg, tofu, vegetables, seafood or whatever takes your fancy.
