Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Starter Product If you can get this product on sale as i did then its great if you want to add a few extra calories, proteins and carbs. Tastes okay in both water and milk (best option for taste) Dissolves really well in water. Not so good in milk (I always use cold milk so it may dissolve better if warm) Ive been going gym for three months, first month without this and i have noticed an the increase in muscle gain has improved. i only work out for toning and shape so i havent been pushing myself to the max.
