Ingredients
Slippery Elm Bark Powder, Capsule shell (Gelatine), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).Directions
Take one or two capsules with a meal up to three times daily. Capsules may also be opened to allow contents to dissolve slowly in the mouth or may be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed recommended use.
