And when it comes to putting ourselves about a bit, the HFM team has been front and centre. HFM’s Ben Race spent eight weeks turning bodyfat into muscle for our lean and ripped transformation, and went from deadlifting 60kg to 130kg. As for me, I put my knee joints on the line to learn parkour in London’s new free-running gym.
