Add one heaped teaspoon (4.5g) to 250-350ml of water or your preferred beverage. Suggested use: 1-2 teaspoons pre workout and/or 1-2 teaspoons post workout. In addition 1-2 teaspoons one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed stated dose. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.
