Great staple to keep in my cupbaord.
I add it to smoothies, baking, morning breakkie. It's a great way to get the benefits of chia seeds without that jelly-like texture.

I've been a fan of the little black chia seeds for quite a while now and have used them mostly in breakfast dishes - cooked into porridge, sprinkled on fruit and yoghurt or made into chia puddings for an easy take to work snack. Having the chia and cranberry mix forced me to be a little more adventurous and I've used the mix in my baking, most interestingly in flapjacks for the kids in my class at school who were amazed when I told them, after they had devoured them, that they were made with really healthy ingredients! Chia is such a versatile ingredient for cooking and baking whilst also ensuring we keep our vital omega 3 levels up and I wouldn't be without it in my kitchen.

I absolutely love this and the fact it is ground up so you can add it to literally anything. I last used it sprinkled on cottage cheese, but I've also used it in smoothies, in muffins, and in a sauce. It's so versatile and a great way of getting extra protein into me.

I put this in my mixture when I was making banana muffins and it gave them a lovely taste. I sprinkled the chia seeds on top of each muffin too and I was gob smacked when my children who are usually suspicious of seed looking things woofed these and said they were delicious and could they have them in their pack lunches. A really nice way of getting something healthy into them and gave them a nice crunch.

I use these in my daily porridge, smoothies & baking items. I love the fact that these tiny seeds are full of nutrients. Chia seeds are basically tasteless so take on the flavour of whatever they used in. With these there is a very slight sourness from the cranberries, not something that bothers me though! Would definitely have these again.

I really like this mix not only for its health benefits but its main advantage is that it isn't sweetened and can therefore be added to any type of recipes from baking to breakfast treats. It s very natural and it is simply ground chia seeds and cranberries.
I love using this in homemade breads as it gives an interesting texture to the bread and an extra something. It comes in a powder form so no seeds, which is great as it combines to anything so easily.
This is my latest 'cheat' in the kitchen.

I am on a health kick at the moment so wanted something to make my baking and breakfast more interesting.
This is a fine, kind of powder that adds flavour and texture to your baking, breakfast and smoothies.
Sometimes I don't like the grains so prefer something like this that I can just pop in my porridge or smoothies.
It helps thicken up smoothies and gives a kick to my morning porridge.
I have also used this in oat muffins with cranberries and oat cookies for my little one with cranberries.
Easy to use, can use it in all kind of things and an healthy alternative to flavourings.
You don't need a lot either so a little goes a long way.
