Shopping

How do I shop by category?

You can shop by category in one of three ways:
Firstly, you can shop by clicking on the category listing in the left hand navigation,
Secondly, you can click on on "See All Categories" in the left hand navigation,
Or finally you can click on the Site Map at the foot of every page, and clicking "Jump to Categories A to Z".

Once you select a category name, you will be presented with all the products from that group. If you can not find a particular product for a category, please call our mail order department at the number above.

How do I search for products or categories?

Type a product name or number into the search bar at the top right of every page. You will then see a list of products and/or categories relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item and/or place the item in your basket. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. If you can not find a particular product using the searhc box, simply email us and we will try to stock the product for you.

What methods can I use to order my products?

GNC.co.uk gives you 4 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following:

  • Order online
  • Order by Phone - 0845 601 3248.
    • Lines are open from 8:30am until 8:00pm weekdays
    • 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday
  • Order via Cheque - You may send us a cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque, please mail your payment along with your name, address, phone number and order description to:

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit. Customer Service - 0845 601 3248

What guarantee do I have with my products?

We are proud of the quality of our products. As such, if you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned unopened (within 30 days) to the following address:

How can I redeem my coupons?

If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the shopping cart page. There is a coupon box located at the top of your Shopping Basket, directly above your products. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Apply". Once the page refreshes, you will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

What are browser cookies and how can I enable them?

In order to use the "My Favourites List" and/or "Remember Me" features of our site, you will need to set your browser to accept cookies. This cookie information is not shared with any other party.

Managing Your Account

How do I create an account?

Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Log In/Register" at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process.

I have forgotten my username or password for my account, what do I do?

If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the Log In/Regsiter screen and choose "forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.

How can I edit my account information?

If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the Log In/Regsiter button located at the top right side of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile" button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

Shipping and Returns

What information do I need to know about shipping in the UK?

Order online or by phone on 0845 601 3248, and we aim to despatch within 48 hours!! All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Postage and packing cost just £2.99 in the United Kingdom(in busy periods, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery).
