Echinacea was widely used by American Indians. This very popular herbaceous perennial plant, native to the American Midwest, was commercialized in 1870 and promoted in both Europe and the United States.

Take one capsule three to six times daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed recommended use.
