Add these quick-cooking noodles to miso soup and stir-fried dishes.
These quick cooking wheat-free noodles are hair-thin transparent noodles made from rice flour and a little potato starch.
Bifun noodles are available in the traditional form (described above), and may contain some flavours, such as mushroom or chilli.
Add noodles a few at a time to boiling water. To prevent noodles from sticking to the bottom of the pan, stir gently until the water returns to a rapid boil. Cook for five to six minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Add to miso soup or to stir-fried dishes.
